The straightforward version
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense โ once you download the files, you have them. The guarantee exists because we are confident in the quality of the product, and because we think it is the right way to do business.
If you read the guide and feel it was not worth the price, we will refund you. We would rather have that conversation than have a customer who feels they did not get value.
How to request a refund
Email ryan.hudson@gmail.com with:
- The email address used for your purchase
- Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- A brief note that you would like a refund
You do not need to explain why. We will process the refund within 3โ5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an additional 5โ10 days to appear in your account.
Time limit
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. We cannot process refunds for purchases older than 30 days.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is issued, we ask that you delete the downloaded files. We trust our customers to honor this โ it is the same principle as returning a physical product.
Partial refunds
We do not issue partial refunds. If you purchased the Complete Bundle and want a refund, the full bundle amount is refunded.
Technical issues
If you are having trouble downloading or opening your files, please email us before requesting a refund โ we can almost certainly fix it. Common issues (file format compatibility, download link expiry) are easy to resolve.
